By being strategically located on the Atlantic Ocean in New Hampshire, our boats land at our plant which results in the lobsters never leaving the water. Once our boats land, the lobsters are offloaded and go directly into our waterfall system to be seasoned.
After the lobsters are seasoned, they are then individually graded for size and quality, to the highest standard. Little Bay is “Known for Quality” due to the meticulous handling of our premium product.
After the lobsters are graded, they are then placed back under the waterfall to insure they are as strong as possible before being packed and shipped. When it’s time to pack, the lobsters are pulled out of the water and individually packed in our shipping room where they are once again checked for quality before shipping.
Once packed, they are loaded onto our refrigerated trucks and brought directly to Boston, New York or Newark for shipment all over the world.
